What a powerful video this is, every teenager should be taught the power of reprogramming their m1ind. Knowing how we recreate circumstances and are weird to stay in a state of stress and high alert is paramount to finding our inner power and peace. We’ve all fallen prey to the programming in our brains that makes us relive negative experiences over and over again. We are inadvertently creating more of the same environment that has angered and hurt us by merely thinking about them.
Dr. Joe Dispenza, author, and public speaker, studied neuroscience and quantum physics and now travels the world helping people find their inner ability to change their thoughts and change their lives. He has witnessed spontaneous healing and helped people from all over the world become healthier, wealthier and more youthful.
Dr. Dispenza first became recognized when he appeared in What the BLEEP Do We Know!? From this appearance, he went on to explore further the power of mindset and how it can change people’s whole lives.
As mentioned on his website, ”
As a teacher and lecturer, Dr. Joe has been invited to speak in more than 27 countries on six continents, educating thousands of people in his trademarked easy-to-understand, encouraging, compassionate style, detailing how they can re-wire their brains and re-condition their bodies to make lasting changes. In addition to offering a variety of online courses and tele-classes, he personally teaches three-day progressive workshops and five-day advanced workshops in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Joe is also a faculty member at the International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine in Honolulu; the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, New York; and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. He’s also an invited chair of the research committee at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia.
As an author, Dr. Joe has written Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind (Health Communications, Inc., 2007), followed by Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One (Hay House, 2012), both of which detail the neuroscience of change and epigenetics. His latest book, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter (2014), which is an Amazon Bestseller and hit the NY Times Bestseller List within a week of its release, builds on his previous work.”
I first stumbled on a shorter version of this video but was so impressed and so excited by it that I went looking for the full version. This version is just over 1 hour long but worth every single moment, and not just one listen either. If you or someone you care about is sick, you must hear this. The power to heal begins in our minds. We have handed our power over to doctors and become dependent on drugs to try and suppress our ills. Many times we’ve been told we have an incurable condition and accepted it. Dr. Dispenza is here to tell us we can undo just about any ills when we release our anger, fear, and resentment and replace them with love.
