60 Days of Inspirational Videos – Day 14 – Tony Robbins

 

When I decided to study a Tony Robbins Video, I didn’t expect to be so overwhelmed by the volume of great videos that I’s struggle to find one. Tony covers just about every topic from overcoming depression to breaking through fears, to finding that perfect relationship and oh so much more!

He has been at the very top of the inspirational and motivational world for over 35 years, not only changing the personal power of millions of people. In 1991, Robbins founded the Anthony Robbins Foundation, a charity dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations, providing products and programs to more than 2,000 schools, 700 prisons, and 100,000 health and human service organizations.

After experiencing the kindness of a charity that fed his family, Tony Robbins made a decision to help feed struggling families across the US.  In 2014, having already fed tens of thousands of people, he donated the profits of his book, Money: Master the Game, along with a personal donation to Feeding America to provide meals to people in need.

There is no doubt, he is a gift to humanity. He dedicated his early years to mastering personal power and has spent the rest of his life sharing, teaching, training, motivating, inspiring and as mentioned, giving.

To find one (not too long) video that can encapsulate how powerful his teachings are wasn’t so easy, but this one is very much in line with all the other mindset videos in this series. Tony Robbins helps us understand how our minds work, how we can change our state by changing our thoughts, focus and movement, our habits and where we trip ourselves up .

Tony offers us four Step Success Formula that are the basis of all the changes we want to make.

  1. Know your outcome – be clear about what you want and be clear in everyday activities, even visiting a friend, ask yourself, ‘what is my outcome?’ What do you what, wait loose, wealth, better health? Be clear. Look for a valuable outcome in everything you do. Clarity is Power.
  2. Take Action – Waiting, procrastination. dreaming, they won’t get you anywhere. If you want something, get clear and get active in making it happen.
  3. Notice what you’re getting – ask yourself with the actions and decision you take, ‘am I getting closer or further away from my goals?’ If you are moving away from your goals, stop and reassess your plan, get back on track. ‘Flexibility is Power.’
  4. Things you need to do Think of two things you need to do, call someone you need to fix things with, write a letter, do something you know you’ve been putting off. Taking action to do things you’ve avoided will empower you.

I think it’s time for me to hand over to the man himself. It’s never easy trying to do justice to someone as dynamic and unique as Tony Robbins. Know this, he always adds value to the lives of those around him and I have no doubt, this will definitely bring you inspiration and personal power. Enjoy!
