You may well have been aware of the progress in artificial intelligence and advances such as the Tesla, a self driving car designed and produced by Tesla Motors owned by Elon Musk, but I was blissfully unaware of how far artificial intelligence has already progressed and what is predicted for the future.

After recently watching a very confronting video on You Tube called ‘Humans Need Not Apply,’ it struck me that life over the coming decades is going to look very different to how it is today, with most of us out of jobs and needing to find other ways to use our time.

This may seem daunting at first blush as most of us will be wondering how we will afford to live, but until we are there it’s hard to predict. What is being predicted is the rise of the entrepreneurship and excitingly, the emphasis shifting from technology to creativity for the average worker. Artisans and people that know how to monetize their own personal brand (interests & skills) will come to the fore.

There will also be a need not just a choice to know how to make money on the internet.

It’s reasonable to expect that anyone that has already established themselves online will be ahead of the change and not feel the effects of change to the same degree as those having to leave traditional jobs and re-establish themselves.

Hobbies, body and mind fitness and community based projects will most likely become the norm as the emphasis will (hopefully) be transferred from labour to wellness, we can hope anyway! Only particularly specialized jobs will still be available according to CPG.Grey, the creator of “Humans Need Not Apply.’

Interesting? Worrying?

Which ever way you look at it, change is coming and there’s little we can do about it. One day people will discuss how the vast majority of us used to work 5 days a week for 40 hours a week and were only free two days a week. It will be unfathomable that people worked jobs they didn’t necessarily like in order that they earn an income to pay their way through life. The notion that we had to spend most of our lives working will be something of an absurdity.

In this technological age, with so many opportunities to earn extra, if not substantial income online, things are already changing. The playing field has been leveled and anyone can now access online income, indeed, tremendous wealth. From teens to 70+ year olds, the internet offers a 24/7 global customer base that can work for you while you sleep.

So where does it leave us now? With education becoming a luxury should we not be preparing our children, indeed, ourselves for entrepreneurship rather than just job skills? Guiding ourselves towards taking up interests in the arts, alternative healing, specialty crafts and even self sufficiency, hand in hand with the tools to make a digital income from them should warrant serious consideration.

If you would like to know how to secure an income for the future, click here and enter your details, we will send you information that will explain how you can go from zero experience to a successful digital entrepreneur within a few months with a ‘done for you system,’ that can and has taken some of its members to a six figure income within 4 months…
